The Sunrise Loft is a second floor private Guest Homewith a wrap around deck to wake up with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Walk in through a classic Dutch door to the open layout with a king sized bed sharing the living room space, private bathroom and shower, and a full kitchen is perfect for the Carmel getaway or the working travelers! Speaking of coffee, there is a two cup drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso maker to start your morning off with the best coffee in town.

Our space is waiting for you! With a cozy King size bed and bedside window that has a "birds eye view" of the fabulous Oak trees. For the business trips and last minute weekend rendezvous this location is quiet yet close to downtown. There are multiple work spaces including cozy balcony seating, the convertible coffee table to desk, and the high-top dining table. There is a 42 inch Roku TV for those late night movies. We have included wireless smart phone chargers on the bedside. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the pots and pans, dishware, and a few spices to get you started. The bathroom has a shower stall equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide a hairdryer and towel sets.
This is a second floor home so there are a set of stairs. The first floor is the home owner’s vacation home.

Come and adventure through Carmel’s many art galleries and restaurants are all within walking distance. Or if you’re an enthusiast with grape expectations, there is an amazing wine tasting rooms in the Monterey Bay Area! We have provided a map for you as well.

There is a private driveway for one car. This Loft is a 5 minute walk into downtown and famed Ocean Ave. Our neighborhood has many dog walkers as well as those who enjoy the outdoors. The Carmel Beach is about a 20 minute walk. Also, here are just a few things to do while you stay: Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos Hiking Trails, Kayaking, Diving, Whale Sightseeing, visit the Mission, and of course, Golf at one of our many golf courses! This is not a pet friendly property.

Keep in mind to bring your tennis shoes, the streets in Carmel are uneven and any sort of high heels can be troublesome! Flashlights are provided as Carmel does not have any street lights.

The Shatto Rentals Team, also, provides a pre-stocking service. We can stock up the home with specific foods, toiletries or any other specifics, just ask us!

As per Monterey County's TOT tax regulation, you will be charged an additional 10.5% on your nightly rate.
