The home is on a hill with a back deck that has a beautiful ocean view. 2 BR and 2 Bathrooms this little cottage is perfect for the Carmel getaway. It is a 15 min. walk to the beach 10 min. walk to downtown. It has a one car garage with a remote. The open concept is an inviting arrangement to those who like to be apart of all the action. Hardwood floors, open beam ceilings, Carmel Stone hearth make this home a cozy cottage for all. This home is located 5 blocks from Ocean street. The patio looks out to that ocean view you've been waiting for... or awesome sunset pics! The deck has plenty of seating, solar  ambience lighting, heaters, and a barbeque. This is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage, relax and listen to the waves.

There are full-sized washer and dryer inside the home. We provide 3 Duraflame logs for the fireplace to get your stay started. There are two types of coffee machines, Nespresso and a Kurig. We provide about 10 pods to get you started.

Book your stay and enjoy the near by pleasures of walking downtown Carmel which is only a 15 min. walk away! Carmel is a place where you can shop, wine taste, and eat at some of our world famous restaurants! Here are just a few things to do while you stay: Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos Hiking Trails, Kayaking. Diving, Whale Sightseeing, visit the Mission, and of course, Golf at one of our many golf courses!

This house is 5 blocks to the downtown area and famed Ocean Ave. Many art gallery's and restaurants and the Carmel Beach are all with in walking distance. Our neighborhood has many dog walkers as well as those who enjoy the outdoors. Stevenson private school is about a block away.

Small dogs are welcome but owner must send a photo for final booking approval.

There is a lot of parking available: one car driveway, one car garage with remote, and gravel parking in front of the house.

This property is located 5 blocks away from Ocean Street. It has one big hill coming back from downtown if you are walking. Note that Google maps does not place this home on its actual streets.
