Come stay with our newly upgraded home! Our lovely and private home greets you with a private and open courtyard with an outdoor table, Sectional, Fire Pit, BBQ, and lounge chairs. Walk to downtown Carmel in 5 mins.

As you enter the front Dutch door you are welcomed into the fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is a spacious dining area with views of the lush courtyard. The table seats six. We offer mini coffee/tea bar including a drip and Kurig coffee machine. Refrigerator has an ice and water on the door. The living room just off the kitchen offers a fireplace and cozy seating with oversized sliding glass doors to the courtyard providing the perfect in-door, out-door living. The TV is a 65 inch smart tv. 

The master bedroom is spacious and bright. As you enter the room you will find double closets, dresser and access to the private courtyard through sliding glass doors. It also has its own bathroom with shower (Remodeled) and double sinks. It features a 50 inch TV with cable and streaming capabilities to watch your favorite shows with your login. Lamps are touch lights with USB ports for charging. 

Guest bedroom one: Offers one king sized bed that can become two twins. It has a 40 inch TV with cable and streaming capabilities to watch your favorite shows with your login, closet space and a dresser. The lamps are touch controlled with USB ports for your charging needs. 

Guest bedroom two: Offers one king sized bed that can become two twins. It has a 40 inch TV with cable and streaming capabilities to watch your favorite shows with your login, closet space and a dresser. The guest bathroom offers double sinks and shower (Remodeled) over tub. 

There is washer and dryer in the hallway, garage parking for one-car and room for 3 more cars on the property. Our property is dog friendly. The patio has a round table for four with an umbrella, a sectional with a firepit, string lights, and two lounge chaises for sun soakers! Heater is by furnace and a gas automatic fireplace in the living room. 

You are located just a 5 minute walk to downtown Carmel where you will be delighted with beautiful art galleries, one of a kind shopping and some of the best restaurants around! Carmel beach is not far away either and once your feet touch the white sand and your eyes are greeted with the blue water you know you will have a good time at this dog and family friendly beach. Easy access to the highway for adventures to Big Sur, Monterey, Pacific Grove and more. We offer concierge services before and during your stay (ie. pre-stocking, dinner or golf reservations, booking adventures) Whole house and private courtyard. We are available via phone call or text. We love our neighbors and many of them are elderly and we respect their privacy. Please minimize noise outside while using the patio and move indoors by 9 pm. This home is a five min walk to downtown Carmel and Bruno’s grocery store. You can walk or drive. Parking is free in Carmel for two hours and then you will need to move your car to repair somewhere else. Summer time is busy down town.  This is a great home for families and is dog friendly.
